5. Parcel Opening & Proof Requirement

• Customers must record and/or take clear images while opening the parcel at the time of delivery.

• This proof is mandatory for any claims related to damage, defect, or incorrect product.

• Claims without proper opening proof will not be entertained.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

• If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must:

  • Share clear images of the damaged product and opened parcel

  • Email the details to cs@ascreation.co.in

• Damage claims must be reported immediately upon receiving the order.

• AS Creation will review the claim and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

7. Feedback

• Customers are encouraged to share their feedback after receiving the product.

• Feedback helps us improve our products and services.
