• We currently ship across India.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

• Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

• AS Creation reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

5. Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

• Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly for delivery updates.

6. Delivery Responsibility

• Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

• AS Creation will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• Customers must record and share clear images or a video while opening the parcel.

• In case of any damage, defect, or missing item, customers must email the details along with images to

• Claims raised without proper opening proof will not be considered.

8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

• If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

• Refunds, if any, will be subject to AS Creation’s discretion.

9. No COD Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• All orders must be prepaid.
