1. Are AS Creation products made from authentic Sambalpuri handloom fabric?
Yes. All AS Creation products are crafted using pure Sambalpuri handloom cotton, sourced and produced through traditional weaving techniques to ensure authenticity and quality.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. AS Creation follows a prepaid-only policy. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.
3. Are returns or exchanges allowed?
No. Once a product is sold and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Customers must record and share clear images or a video while opening the parcel. In case of any damage, please email the images and order details to cs@ascreation.co.in
immediately upon delivery.
5. How should I care for Sambalpuri handloom garments?
We recommend handwashing with mild detergent and drying in shade to maintain fabric quality, color, and longevity.
