1. No Return / No Exchange

• All products sold by AS Creation are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

• The issue is reported with proper parcel opening proof

No refunds will be issued for reasons such as color variation, size issues, design preference, or change of mind.

3. Mandatory Opening Proof

• Customers must record or capture clear images/video while opening the parcel.

• This proof is mandatory for any damage or defect claim.

• Claims without opening proof will be strictly rejected.

4. Reporting a Refund Request

• Any damage or defect must be reported immediately upon delivery.

• Customers must email the following to

  • Images of the damaged or defective product

5. Refund Review & Approval

• All refund requests are subject to verification by AS Creation.

• After review, the decision to approve or reject a refund will be at the sole discretion of AS Creation.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Missing parcel opening proof

• Delayed reporting of damage

• Minor color variation due to screen or lighting differences

• Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer error

• Wear and tear after use

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
